The 5-Hours-or-Free Guarantee
If the Time-Back Audit can't identify at least 5 hours per week of recoverable time in your business, you pay nothing — a 100% refund of the $999 fee, and you keep the report.
No fine print, no store credit, no “reasonable effort” clause. The hours are counted together on your review call, from the written report in front of both of us. If the total identified is under 5 hours per week, tell us on the call or email us within 14 days of receiving your report, and we refund in full.
The Time-Back Audit ($999)
- Before your discovery call: cancel any time for a full refund, no questions asked.
- After delivery: covered by the guarantee above.
- Rescheduling is always free — we'd rather move the call than refund a business we could help.
- Audit credit: the full $999 is credited toward any implementation package purchased within 30 days of your review call. The credit is a discount, not a refundable balance.
Implementation packages
- Before work begins: full refund.
- After kickoff: refunds are pro-rated against delivered milestones — you pay for what has been built and handed over, and nothing more.
AI Concierge (monthly)
- Month-to-month, no contract. Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No partial-month refunds — but you keep full access (calls and async) through the end of the period you paid for.
How refunds are processed
Email hello@theainativeco.com from the address you booked with. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via our payment processor (Stripe), typically within 5–10 business days.
