What we do

The AI Native Co. provides advisory services: the Time-Back Audit (a paid assessment with a written tool prescription), optional implementation packages, and an ongoing AI Concierge retainer. By booking or purchasing any of these you agree to these terms.

What the audit is — and isn't

  • The audit identifies recoverable time and prescribes third-party, off-the-shelf tools. The prescription is a professional recommendation, not a promise that any specific tool will perform — tools, prices, and features belong to their vendors and change without our control.
  • Your use of any prescribed tool is governed by that vendor's own terms. We are independent: no commissions, no affiliations, and no compensation from any vendor we recommend.
  • Results depend on implementation. Our one hard promise is the 5-Hours-or-Free Guarantee — beyond it, projected hours, capacity, and revenue figures are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
  • We provide business advice, not legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Your side of the deal

  • Show up to booked calls, or reschedule ahead of time (rescheduling is free).
  • Give honest, reasonably complete information about how your business runs — the audit is only as good as what you tell us.
  • Have the authority to purchase on behalf of your business.

Confidentiality & your report

  • What you tell us stays confidential (see the Privacy Policy).
  • Your report is yours to use inside your business, share with your team, and act on freely. Our templates, methodology, and audit system remain ours; the report may not be resold or republished commercially.

Payment

Prices are in USD and payable up front through our payment processor. The audit fee is credited toward implementation as described in the Refund Policy. The AI Concierge bills monthly and can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the billing period.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is capped at the fees you paid us for those services, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including outcomes of third-party tools we recommended. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The boring-but-necessary rest

  • We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and material changes get an email to active clients.
  • If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The AI Native Co. is registered.
